Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using vyuva.in you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Vyuva provides video discovery, embedded playback of third-party catalog content, community features (comments, likes, subscriptions), and related tools. Features may change as we improve the platform.

Vyuva is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law of India or your jurisdiction.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or hate-speech against others.
• Upload or distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent content (when upload is enabled).
• Scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer our APIs beyond normal browsing.
• Circumvent technical protections, rate limits, or access controls.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
• Attempt unauthorized downloads or redistribution of third-party streams.

5. Content & intellectual property

Videos embedded from third-party platforms remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to those platforms’ terms. Vyuva displays metadata and embeds permitted for discovery purposes.

When you post comments or other user content, you grant Vyuva a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content on the service. You represent that you have the right to post it.

Vyuva branding, software, and original UI are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Vyuva infringes your copyright, send a notice with: (a) identification of the work, (b) identification of the material, (c) your contact information, (d) a good-faith statement, and (e) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury where applicable.

Send notices to: legal@vyuva.in. We may remove or disable access to disputed material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

7. Downloads

Offline download is only permitted for first-party Vyuva-hosted content when explicitly allowed by the creator and platform policy. Unauthorized capture or redistribution of third-party embedded streams is prohibited.

8. Donations

Voluntary donations may be accepted to support Vyuva. Donations are not payments for goods unless explicitly stated. Refund policies for donations will be published when the donation portal launches.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyuva disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for user-generated content or third-party embeds.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Vyuva and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero for free users).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your state.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be announced on the site.
